We’re excited to launch Civio Connect, our new standalone stakeholder relationship management (SRM) product. Keep track of the people behind your engagement, the conversations you’ve had and what needs to happen next.

We’ve launched Connect alongside our community engagement product, **Civio Engage**, because community engagement and stakeholder relationships go hand in hand. The people taking part in your consultations are also the people your team meets, speaks with and makes commitments to. It makes sense for their records to be connected too.

Civio is the only provider offering both natively in one platform. Use Connect on its own, or bring it together with Engage for seamlessly connected records, one login and a shared view of your online engagement and stakeholder relationships.

**With Connect, your team can:**

- Keep stakeholder details, organisations and relationship history together.
- Track issues, commitments and follow-ups, with an owner and a due date on every task.
- Record conversations and notes so anyone can pick up where the last person left off.
- Automatically link stakeholders to their Engage accounts when using both products, bringing online engagement and stakeholder activity into the same timeline.
- See where attention is needed through dashboards and exports.
- Connect with your other systems through an API.
