### **What's new**

### **Custom user fields**

Administrators can now define their own user profile fields with the form builder. These replace the five fixed profile fields.

- Each field can appear on registration, on the user's own profile page, or only in the dashboard.
- Field values can be used to filter users, and they are available through the REST API.
- The old fixed fields (eg postcode, gender, etc) have been migrated to the new custom fields

### API Enhancements

Many improvements to the Civio API, adding more functionality and flexibility when interacting with your Civio site remotely

- When creating an API token you can now specify if it is "Read only" or "Full Access" providing more safety for tools that just need to extract data and not modify.
- Improvements to image handling and storage via the API, specifically in relation to blocks and rich text content.
- Manage redirects via the API
- Assorted minor fixes and improvements

### Bug fixes

- A survey embed showed the wrong survey when two projects had surveys with the same title. Embeds now use the survey ID, not its title.
