The different levels of status in the workflow approval process
Content and participation tools can sit in either one of the following statuses:
| Content status | |
| Draft | The initial version of content or a participation tool has been created by an Engagement Manager |
| Sent for approval | The draft content or participation tool has been sent for approval to the Reviewer |
| Approved | The Reviewer has approved the content or participation tool |
| Rejected | The Reviewer with adequate permissions has rejected the content or participation tool |
| Published | The Publisher has published the content or participation tool |
| Unpublished | The Publisher has unpublished the content or participation tool |
